Our Mission
Sioux Empire TNR Coalition's mission is to foster community welfare and improvement by protecting the quality of life for feral and free-roaming cats. By working with volunteers, local government, and animal rescues to offer humane population control of feral, free-roaming, and abandoned domestic cats.
